Big Red Raffle
The Big Red Raffle is Special Olympics Nebraska’s exciting annual fundraiser, giving participants the chance to win incredible prizes while supporting our amazing athletes. The Big Red Raffle is a chance to win Husker Football tickets, an Amazon gift card, or a big screen television. Individuals may purchase as many tickets as they want from August to November. Tickets are sold individually for $5 or as a book of 5 tickets for $20 and 100% of profits from tickets sold go right back to our teams!
100% OF PROCEEDS RETURNED TO TEAMS!
The 2025 Big Red Raffle is your chance to raise funds for your team. For many Special Olympics Nebraska teams, this is the largest team fundraiser of the year. The prizes are great and 100% of the proceeds stay with your team!
Special Olympics Nebraska covers the cost of printing and distributing the tickets, as well as the prizes and incentives.
The Raffle prizes are:
Grand Prize - Two (2) 2026 Nebraska Football Season Tickets on the 50 yard-line, donated by FMNE Insurance
2nd Prize - $500 Amazon Gift Card
3rd Prize - 50” Flat Screen TV
The 2025 Big Red Raffle begins August 3rd and will end on October 23rd. The drawing will be held on October 30, 2025 and winners will immediately be notified.
Each raffle ticket sells for $5.00, but a book of 5 costs $20.00, which saves $5.00. Tickets can be paid for using a check or money order only!
Athlete and Team Incentives
For each book sold, athletes will have their name entered into a drawing to win a Tablet! For example, if the athlete sells 4 books, their name will be entered in the drawing 4 times! (The same athlete cannot win this prize and the top-selling athlete in a region prize).
The team who has the top sales by team will receive $1,000.00 cash deposited into their team account!
The top-selling athlete in each region will receive a $50.00 Visa Gift Card.
Most importantly, 100% of the proceeds of the raffle will be credited to each team.
